Bubba Oasis Membership < Friends with Benefits > Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your membership at Bubba Oasis. By signing up, you agree to the following:
1. Membership Commitment
All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this period, you may cancel at any time with written notice.
2. Cancellations
To cancel your membership, please email us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations submitted before the end of the 3-month commitment period will not be accepted.
3. No Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable, including in cases of early cancellation, non-usage, or changes in personal circumstances.
4. Membership Freezes or Pauses
We do not offer the option to pause or freeze memberships. Please consider this before committing, especially if your schedule or availability may change.
5. Private Events & Access
On occasion, Bubba Oasis may be booked for private events. In such cases:
We will do our best to accommodate members in our private conference room, subject to availability.
Takeaway options will also be available when in-venue seating is limited.
We’ll aim to notify members in advance where possible.
6. Use of Space
Your membership grants access to communal areas during standard operating hours, subject to availability and event scheduling. Bubba Oasis reserves the right to restrict access during maintenance, private bookings, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat staff, other members, and the space with respect. Bubba Oasis reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for any breach of conduct.
8. Birthday Tab Redemption
Birthday tabs are a perk of long-term membership and are only redeemable after 6 months of continuous membership.
9. Changes to Terms
Bubba Oasis reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email.
